Phil Barnes is a multi-genre record producer, songwriter and musician based in Nashville, TN.  

He is currently producing, writing for, and developing artists and bands in Nashville and Los Angeles.   

As a producer and songwriter, Phil has collaborated with artists and bands including Taylor Acorn, Sydney Quiseng (Sierota/Echosmith), KNOX, verygently, Maya Manuela, Smallpools, Julia Sheer, Kris Allen, Gabby Orr, The Lone Bellow, Caroline Kole and many others.  

Prior to his career as a record producer, Barnes toured the U.S. as a recording artist, opening for Shawn Mendes, Jessie J, Nick Jonas, and We The Kings, in addition to his own headlining efforts.

In 2021, Phil Barnes launched AND CO Entertainment Group — a record label and publishing company devoted to championing the growth and expansion of the pop music community in Nashville.
